Read this if you are grieving in any way...
Grief work requires care. Precision. And people who’ve lived through the depth of loss themselves. The Grief to Purpose team is made up of trauma-informed mentors, grief-trained coaches, and compassionate humans who’ve chosen to turn their pain into purpose—just like you.

Blythe Landry is a LCSW/M.Ed. with 25 years experience helping people around the world recover from trauma and grief/loss. She is the author of “Trauma Intelligence: The Art of Helping in a World Filled with Pain,” “Grief Intelligence: The Art of Navigating Loss and Finding Meaning,” and “Your Grief, Your Way: A Personalized Healing Workbook.”
Blythe’s passion is educating and serving those who are in seemingly insurmountable pain and guiding them to find healing and hope. She is equally as passionate about teaching others to find purpose in their losses - through a process of teaching grievers to help other grievers, called Grief to Purpose School and Training.
Blythe has completed educational trainings for myriad organizations; including Google Health, The U.S. Coast Guard (via Mindstrong guardians), the Louisiana Department of Health, The Institute on Violence, Abuse and Trauma, and numerous nonprofits. She is a consultant for Heart Has No Limit.
Blythe’s belief is that nobody’s story is too painful to be heard or healed and that we can all choose to play a part in the collective healing of our grief, our trauma and and improved relationship building skills. She lives in Pennsylvania with her partner and two rescue pups.

Stacy is the founder of Forget Knot Grief Coaching and Workshops, where she supports families, caregivers, and children navigating grief related to dementia, Alzheimer’s, and complex loss. With a background in early childhood mental health and family support, she integrates a trauma-informed, memory-centered approach shaped by her personal experience with young-onset dementia in her own family. Through workshops and group programs, Stacy helps individuals honor their roots while gently guiding them toward healing and hope.

A graduate of the Grief to Purpose Program, Hellena knows the depths of loss and the resilience it takes to heal. As a Trauma-Informed Grief Coach, she helps others rediscover light and purpose after pain. Her message is one of hope: even after the darkest night, there is always the promise of dawn.

After over 20 years as a funeral director, Stephanie felt called to connect more deeply with those walking through loss. Her own healing journey through grief led her to the Grief to Purpose Program, inspiring her to help others find light again. Based in the Black Hills of South Dakota, she’s a proud wife and mother who loves nature, tea, and books. Stephanie’s mission is to create spaces for healing, connection, and growth—where grief and hope coexist.

Jennifer is a Certified Grief Coach, author, and advocate whose purpose was born from personal loss — her father to suicide, her husband to alcoholism, and her son Matthew to fentanyl at 23. Through her own healing, she discovered that grief can become a bridge to growth, connection, and purpose.
As the author of 23 and founder of the Love Like Matthew movement, Jennifer transforms pain into service, helping others honor their loved ones, find hope within heartbreak, and create space where grief and joy can coexist. She is especially passionate about supporting mothers who’ve lost a child and families impacted by addiction.

Janie Frieberg is a Certified Life Coach, Trauma-Informed Grief Coach, and graduate of the Rapport Master Program in Leadership. With over 30 years in service-driven industries—including two decades in marketing, branding, and public relations—she now leads as Founder and CEO of Brand Enspyr and Emprynt, guiding individuals and organizations in leadership, operations, and brand development. Passionate about helping others discover purpose and confidence, Janie empowers people to articulate their stories, amplify their voices, and rebuild with clarity and courage after loss. She finds renewal in nature, travel, live music, and meaningful time with her family.

Jen is a trauma-informed grief coach who combines deep personal loss with professional training to support mothers rebuilding life after loss. After losing her teenage son to cancer and her husband of 25 years, she turned her pain into purpose. With certifications in grief education, expressive arts, yoga, Reiki, and holistic healing, Jen helps women rediscover meaning, vitality, and the courage to thrive again.

Justin is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC-ICF), Certified Grief Coach, and Authentic Leadership Coach (CALC) who turned loss into lasting purpose. After losing his first wife to cancer, he found healing and renewed joy through the Grief to Purpose program. Now remarried and thriving, Justin helps others navigate grief and rediscover fulfillment on the other side of pain.

Grief to Purpose is a deeply personal, trauma-informed coaching program for those who are still grieving and feel called to serve others walking their own path of loss. This isn’t about “moving on.” It’s about moving deeper. Into truth. Into meaning. Into service.
This is a program for people who don’t want to bypass their grief—but instead, want to work with it, walk with it, and allow it to become something sacred.
